I had a chance to stop back by Lending Enterprise. On this visit I got to sit down and chat with several of the people who work there.

Of course I talked quite a bit with Melinda, the owner. But I also had a chance to talk with others in the office as well.

I found out that Lending Enterprise does all kinds of loans.

While they do a lot of loans for residential, they also can help with commercial loans.

I have talked with local real estate agents who speak quite highly of Melinda and Lending Enterprise.

I know several real estate agents have said the Lending Enterprises can often find solutions to difficult financing problems. In the videos you’ll hear of some of the issues they specialize in solving.

This would apply to those who are self employed or have small businesses.

Lending Enterprises also can help with commercial loans and the extra difficult to finance, mixed use loan. I know getting financing for kennel properties has always been a challenge. At least all the old A1 zoned kennels I have worked with in the past.
